Psychometric tests are tests designed to assess the candidate's cognitive ability. Psychometric tests have more practical questions that assess the candidate's behavior and personality to identify whether he or she is suitable for a particular role in the company.

 

To create psychometric tests, access Psychometric Tests in the side menu of the platform.

 

 


 

Note: It is necessary to contract the DISC Analysis module to have access to this functionality.
