Currently, it's not possible to prevent a candidate from applying to job openings. However, you can add a lock icon to the candidate's profile to serve as a reminder for future evaluations.

To do this, simply access the candidate's profile and click on the lock icon.

Navigate to "Recruitment" in the platform's side menu. Then, click on "Talent Pool."

Next, click on the candidate you wish to mark, following the instructions below: 

By clicking on the lock icon, the candidate will be tagged. Soon after, the icon color will change to red.

When returning to the page where it shows all candidates, the icon will be next to the name.

To remove the block, just click on the icon again and it will return to its original color.
